This is wild. It’s weird (or perfectly fitting) to think the rich guy from the Nelly song is the president of the United States. I say that because (like EVERY politician), despite him being an actual piece of shit, he had the most perfectly curated image to the masses.
Like, the way I remember Trump before he ever ran for president, the only things I’d ever heard, were things more or less considered either good, or “cool”, or something positive. At the worst, anti-hero vibes. His public profile, in what I remember, was great.
My point is, I only knew what I heard through TV or online. Because he wasn’t a big deal or an “important” or necessary public person.
I never went out in search of information about Donald Trump.
Which is what I think probably 95% of the world would also have known about him. Which was the point of this comment, I think but I don’t remember anymore
