This is a tactic of modern “journalism”. In this case they ask numerous “maritime experts” what’s going on, and then they only cite the ones with the most anti-Trump admin takes. They’re technically not “lying”. They’re technically still “citing experts”. But the propaganda tactic is to present the experts as unanimous when really they’re just cherry picking.
