I don’t think any Middle Eastern/Asian country exposing Trump diddling kids is that big of a gotcha.
In most of these countries, child marriage is condoned and even promoted on the societal/cultural level, aswell as pederasty and other practices (Look up bacha bazzi/ dancing boys), all these practices eerily similar to what the Epstein filed have exposed our elites are up to.
It would be compareable to a country like Eritrea pointing the finger at Western nations saying: “Colonialism, slavery!” Slavery is rampant there to this day…

It’s not Iran who was leverage on Trump, it’s Israel. Trump dragged the United States into an illegal war of aggression because Israel ordered him to.
