like seriously think about this for a second, our governments cannot agree on a single border or trade deal or war anywhere on the planet, they spend trillions of dollars pointing missiles at each other every day on the news, yet since 1959 over 50 countries have quietly agreed to keep regular civilians from going past the 60th parallel in antarctica without military permission…
nobody breaks it. nobody defects. satellite maps still blur out huge chunks of the interior and commercial planes aren't allowed to fly over it
i was reading up earlier today on how that treaty was signed right after admiral byrd died and what actually happened when the navy sent him down there with a massive fleet of warships in 1947 only for them to panic and run away 6 months early, and i found this article breaking down what byrd warned the press in chile on the way back and why all these supposed enemy governments lock arms behind closed doors to guard the ice and the second half of the article about what is preserved down there from before the last reset and why letting the public see it would ruin the whole modern system really messed with my head

It’s not the only instance. Three weeks before they stacked troops on Ukraine’s border, Russian joined the WEF’s Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. At the time, both Mark Carney and Chrystia Freeland – two Canadian politicians behind tens of billions of Ukraine war funding (Freeland is Ukrainian) – were trustees at the WEF. Signing Russia on would have required their involvement and approval. Russia remains part of this alliance today.
